Services

Danko Marketing LLC ("Taylor Danko," "I," "me") provides competitive teardown services for B2B SaaS companies. Services include messaging analysis, copy rewrites, visual mockups, and strategic recommendations delivered digitally.

Payment

Full payment of $750 is due at time of booking via Stripe. No refunds once work begins (defined as submission of intake form).

Delivery

Deliverables provided within 5-7 business days of intake form submission. All materials delivered digitally via email, Google Drive, Loom, or similar platforms.

What You Get

Digital files including written analysis, annotated screenshots, copy documents, visual mockups, messaging frameworks, and video walkthrough. Implementation is your responsibility.

Ownership

You own all deliverables upon full payment. I retain the right to use anonymized examples from your project in my portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

I provide strategic recommendations based on best practices and experience. I make no guarantees regarding conversion rates, sales outcomes, or business results. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Modifications

One round of clarifying questions included. Additional revisions available as separate purchase.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
